Cable Tray
EAE cable trays are being produced on automatic production lines through the "ROLL FORMING" method. This way, the number of additional sets and bolts is reduced and the labor time spent for the installation is shortened.Our Pre-galvanized and Hot-dip products are manufactured by state-of-the-art full-automatic robotic systems. Electrostatically painted products are also manufactured upon request. Due to its modern technology and high production capacity, EAE can reply to customer requests in the shortest time.
Fit-Out Solutions
It provides flexible and modular solutions with illumination and socket (Mains and UPS) circuits for small power distribution in offices and plants.
Trolley Busbar
E-Line TB and E-Line URC series Trolley Busbar are designed to energy the moving machine. The current collector car, which provides energy transfer from the trolley busbar, is mechanically connected to the moving systems and moves along with the system to provide uninterrupted energy transfer.It consists of insulated busbars and moving current collector car. Problems encountered in energy distribution are eliminated with the use of hanging and reeled cables in conventional systems.
Support Systems
Support systems can be manufactured with thicknesses from 2mm to 6mm with Pre galvanized, Hot Dipped Galvanized and Painted in various arrays of coatings. All the brackets that require welding during production are manufactured as hot dipped galvanized. It is possible to design support systems and shaft supports, specific to the requirements and to provide solutions to construction sites.
