EAE Cable ducts are produced as painted in RAL code color options upon request. The following type of painted cable tray should be selected according to the environment of the cable tray project to be applied.

E-Line UKS-UKFE out of the EAE Cable Tray Systems range is Heavy duty
type, with 3000 mm standard length (6000 mm option) and is optionally
manufactured with galvanized painted production (Epoxy, Epoxy Polyester,
Polyester).
E-LINE UKFG-C: Pre-galvanized Snap-on Cable

EAE’s Cable Tray System E-Line UKFG-UKFC is Heavy-duty type and
Pre-galvanized snap-on cable trays with trunking can be connected with
bolts without the need for any additional elements with the plug-in system
structure at the ends.
E-LINE TKS: Pre-galvanized / Hot Dip Trunking
Systems
EAE Trunking Tray System E-Line TKS; is heavy-duty type with covers, locks
and a hole-free structure. It manufactured as pre-galvanized or painted
with standard RAL 7038 (stainless steel production when requested).
E-Line KMH-KMA: Hot Dip Cable Ladders
E-LINE KMH-KMA ladder type cable tray with trunking side plate; it is
manufactured as heavy duty type, in standard 3 m and 6 m lengths and
optionally painted over galvanized.
E-LINE CT: Hot Dipped Galvanized Cable Trays
E-Line
CT from EAE Cable Tray Systems; it is produced as heavy duty or normal
duty type and with a perforated structure.

Trays E-LINE TLS product group Wire Mesh Cable Tray; it is produced as
high-strength stainless steel or Electro galvanized coated (optionally hot
dip). Wire thicknesses are produced in 4-5 mm thickness and in 3000 mm
standard length.
If a sheet metal cable tray is coated with Zinc (Zn), it is called a galvanized cable tray. Due to the nature of the metal used in sheet materials, it tends to interact with oxygen. As a result of this action, a copper-colored brownish surface damage begins to occur on the surface of the material, which we call corrosion.
Over time, this corrosion deforms the structure of the sheet material and causes it to scatter easily. To prevent this corrosion, its surface must be covered with a material that will prevent its contact with oxygen. Zinc (Zn) is the most preferred coating material in the industry due to its economic specifications. The process of coating with zinc is called galvanizing.
There are three different methods according to galvanization method and coating thickness:
- Pre-galvanized Coating
- Hot-Dip Coating
- Electro Galvanized Coating
What is Pre-galvanized Cable Tray?
During
the production phase, the sheet material is passed through the rollers in the hot-dip pool and
becomes ready after it is produced with a smooth but with minimum 10 microns and maximum 14 microns
coating thickness surface. It has varieties according to the coating thickness and the hardness
value of the sheet.
It is taken ready-made from the sheet metal manufacturer and shaped and turned into cable ducts and accessories. Since most of the cable ducts to be used in indoor conditions preferred in practice are economical, the ones covered in this way are preferred. TS EN 10143, TS EN 10346 standards are used for pre-galvanized coating.
What is a Hot-Dip Cable Tray?
Sheet
material is supplied from the sheet metal manufacturer. The cable tray manufacturer shapes the
product into cable trays and accessories. After the sheet material, which has become a product, is
passed through 6-7 cleaning pools for coating, it is dipped into a molten zinc pool at 450 degrees
Celsius, and the product becomes ready by applying a 45-55 micron coating on it.
Cable ducts that adapt to outdoor conditions are generally the ones coated with this method. TS EN ISO 1461 Standard is used for Hot-Dipping.
What is a Electro-Galvanized Cable Tray?
Electro-galvanized coating is a shiny looking chemical material that gives hardness to the
galvanized material, albeit partially, by sticking the melt removed from the zinc anode with
chemical alloys to the material on the cathode. The coating thickness is 8-12 µ.
Stainless steel cable tray is produced from 316L or 304 class high-quality stainless steel materials. Grade 316L stainless steel is generally preferred especially in marine and industrial environments. Grade 316L stainless steel is an austenitic grade stainless steel containing molybdenum and has high anti-corrosive and mechanical properties. Especially prone to welding and shaping.

Grade AISI 304 (1.4301) of stainless steel is used in factory, fronts, and similar corrosion level environments, because of high anti-corrosive properties. No need for extra coating on stainless steel surfaces. Grade AISI 304 and 316 of stainless steel is ideal material for extreme corrosive environments.
Aluminum cable tray is produced from 6063-T6 alloy aluminum, also called marine grade. Since it does not contain copper, it can be used in harsh salty environments such as a marina.
Fiberglass is obtained from the hardening of glass fiber by applying it with polyester. E-Line CTA GRP/GRP Fiberglass Cable Tray systems meet ASTM E -84/UL 723, Class 1 Flame Rating specifications of ASTM D -635/ UL 94 V0. It is made of glass reinforced polyester material with fireproof, flame retardant and flame extinguishing properties. Thanks to the added chemical additives, a surface with ultraviolet resistance is obtained.
It is the name given due to the shape formed, because of forming the edge parts during the production of cable trays. Since the thickness of the cable tray is thin, the edges are extremely suitable for cutting cables. To prevent this, it is very important to use a curved form.
If the edge part is not formed in the production of cable trays, it is called an unformed cable tray.
